On the occasion of the first anniversary of the founding of Diyala National United League, the League's President, Dr. Saif Emara, held a ceremony honoring individuals who contributed to promoting the concept of volunteer work.
Dr. Saif Emara assured that , this ceremony comes in appreciation of the community efforts that support development and change in our governorate and contribute to building an aware and cooperative society.
