Who are we?

Why is 'The Faithful Messenger' ?
We chose the name "The Faithful Messenger" for our organization because it is:
A true messenger between the good people who seek to do good and thousands of people in need of a helping hand.
And "The Faithful" because we work sincerely to reach those in need in the alleys and on the outskirts of remote cities and villages and extend a helping hand to them.

The Organization's Establishment
After 2003, Iraq witnessed waves of internal displacement and large-scale external migration due to violence and economic instability,the period 2014-2017 also witnessed approximately three million people internally displaced due to the unstable security situation in Iraq. The importance of establishing the Al-Rasool Al-Ameen (Faithful messenger) Organization came to the forefront of providing relief and support to these poor displaced families..

Effects of migration and displacement
The events of 2006 and the period from 2014 to 2017 left deep and long-lasting scars on Iraqi society. Trust between individuals and within institutions was eroded, social bonds were disintegrated, and violence, crime, and corruption became widespread. Many Iraqis suffered from psychological trauma and mental health issues as a result of the circumstances they experienced.

Thinking about solutions
As a result of these crises, the establishment of Al-Rasool Al-Ameen (the Faithful messenger) Organization for Relief and Development in 2018 was essential, as this organization started to support the poor, displaced, and refugees financially and morally in the health and education sectors, and to educate this segment through awareness-raising lectures necessary to achieve social stability in Iraq.

A ray of hope
As the sun rises for a new day, filling the earth with light and warmth, our organization has risen to restore people's hope for life, extend a helping hand to them, and draw joy on their faces once again..
The organization also embraced a large number of students who had dropped out of school due to displacement and forced migration, and re-integrated them into education through accelerated learning after obtaining approval letters from the Ministry of Education as well as the Education Departments. The organization also sponsored those students, providing them with books, stationery, and free transportation to help them through this difficult period.

A large portion of the donations is used to provide healthcare to those in need, such as treatment, basic supplies, and even surgery costs.
Education
A portion of the donations is used to provide educational opportunities for displaced children, providing schools, teachers, and educational materials.
Psychological support
We provide psychological support to displaced Iraqis by offering counseling services to help them through their difficult experiences.
