The Al-Rasoul Al-Ameen Relief and Development Organization in cooperation with the Department of Cultural Relations/Palace of Culture and Arts in Kirkuk held a seminar entitled: ((The Role of Culture and Education in Strengthening National and Community Cohesion and Developing Loyalty to the Homeland)) It was presented by Assistant Professor Dr. (Ayad Enad Khalaf Al-Luhaibi), a member of the Al-Rasoul Al-Ameen Relief and Development organization, / in the Youth Culture and Arts Forum building, second floor, in the Ninety District, near the Department of Evaluation and Examinations, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 10.00 am
The seminar was covered by Kirkuk Satellite Channel and attended by a number of intellectuals and university professors. Following the seminar, the Al-Rasoul Al-Amin Organization was honored with a letter of appreciation presented by Mr. Ismail, the NGO coordinator in Kirkuk, to the seminar's lecturer, Dr. Ayad Enad Khalaf, a member of the Al-Rasoul Al-Ameen Organization.
